Itinerary Highlights

Day 00
Add-on Day

The adventure begins with an early morning journey aboard an express train from New Delhi to Chandigarh (approximately 3.5 hours). Upon reaching Chandigarh, you will transfer to a bus or coach that will take you to the starting point of your motorcycle expedition near the quaint hill town of Nahan (elevation: 515 meters) in Himachal Pradesh. Your accommodation will be at a hotel situated on the edge of a serene lake surrounded by hills. The remainder of the day will be dedicated to completing documentation, a comprehensive tour briefing, and a short test ride.

Day 01
Welcome to Kochi

The tour officially kicks off in Kochi, where you’ll meet your ride leader and the crew. The afternoon is reserved for a tour briefing and signing paperwork. If you arrive early or book the Add-ons Package, you can join the guided sightseeing tour in the morning, which ends by 2 PM.

Day 02
Kochi – Athirappilly (80 KM)

Your journey begins with a short but picturesque ride to Athirappilly, a quaint village on the edge of the Sholayar forest. Known for Kerala’s tallest waterfall (80 feet high), Athirappilly is the perfect place to get comfortable with your motorcycle and the terrain. After visiting the waterfall, enjoy some downtime or explore the serene surroundings.

Day 03
Athirappilly – Pollachi (145 KM)

Today’s ride winds through scenic routes along the river, passing lush tea and coffee estates in Valparai and descending through the Indira Gandhi Wildlife Sanctuary. You’ll arrive at Pollachi, a serene countryside retreat surrounded by coconut groves and paddy fields—a great spot to unwind for the night.

Day 04
Pollachi – Kodaikanal (145 KM)

After breakfast, the ride takes you through Pollachi’s scenic backroads to Palani, where the breathtaking climb up the Palani Hills begins. Winding through hairpin bends, you’ll ascend to the picturesque hill station of Kodaikanal, perched at 2,133 meters above sea level.

Day 05
Exploring Kodaikanal

Known as the “Princess of Hill Stations”, Kodaikanal offers cool mountain air, verdant forests, and charming colonial-era architecture. Spend the day exploring, relaxing, or sightseeing in this tranquil retreat.

Day 06
Kodaikanal – Munnar (195 KM)

Today, retrace your path down the Palani Hills before heading south into Kerala. The ride takes you through the Annamalai Tiger Reserve and Chinnar Wildlife Sanctuary, eventually bringing you to the popular hill station of Munnar, surrounded by lush tea plantations at an elevation of 1,600 meters.

Day 07
Discovering Munnar

A rest day in Munnar gives you the chance to explore spice plantations, tea gardens, and factories while soaking in the scenic beauty of this former British retreat.

Day 08
Munnar – Thekkady (via Vagamon, 200 KM)

Prepare for a day of exciting riding! Travel through scenic backroads and villages, passing Vagamon’s rolling green meadows before arriving in Thekkady, a charming village bordering Periyar Lake and its wildlife sanctuary.

Day 09
Relaxing in Thekkady

Thekkady offers incredible sunrise views, lush spice plantations, and cultural experiences. Take a guided tour of the spice gardens and witness Kerala’s traditional martial art, Kalaripayattu, in an evening show.

Day 10
Thekkady – Varkala (205 KM)

Leaving the hills behind, ride down the Western Ghats to the stunning Arabian Sea coastline. Your destination is Varkala, a charming beach resort set against dramatic cliffs.

Day 11
Beach Day at Varkala

Spend the day relaxing at Varkala’s sparkling beach, walking along the clifftop promenade, or indulging in a rejuvenating Ayurvedic spa treatment. Explore quaint shops, beach shacks, and local eateries overlooking the sea.

Day 12
Varkala – Alappuzha (140 KM)

The journey continues north through Kerala’s backwaters, paddy fields, and coconut groves to the historic town of Alappuzha, known as the “Venice of the East”. Your resort for the night sits on the serene banks of Vembanad Lake.

Day 13
Backwater Bliss in Alappuzha

Alappuzha is famed for its houseboats, and today you’ll experience an unforgettable afternoon cruise through the tranquil backwaters. Onboard, enjoy tea and light snacks as you drift through Kerala’s lush landscapes.

Day 14
Alappuzha – Kochi (70 KM)

The final leg of your tour takes you back to Kochi, where you’ll return your bikes and conclude this incredible journey. You can choose to fly home that evening or extend your stay in Kochi with our Add-ons Package.
